Thank you for shopping at Fishing Dock. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our returns policy outlines your options for returning an item and how to initiate a return.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service team to begin the returns process. You can contact us via email at contact@fishingdock.co.uk

  2. Provide Details: When contacting Customer Service, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This information will help us to process your return more efficiently.

  3. Receive Return Instructions: Our Customer Service team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a returns form and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please wait for our team to get in touch with you before sending any item back.

  4. State the Return Reason Accurately: It’s important to accurately state the reason for your return. Misstated or incorrect return reasons may lead to deductions from your refund to cover any additional shipping costs that should have been the buyer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • For faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images and details before returning.
  • The manufacturer must validate the fault for us to process your return.

Refunds

  • Refunds do not include return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items.
  • Refund or exchange without receipt or proof of purchase will not be processed.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1 – 2 working days upon receipt of the returned item.

Refund Amounts

  • Refunds for items returned due to manufacturer faults or incorrect descriptions are capped at £7.50 for postal costs, unless arranged or prepaid by us.
  • For promotional returns, refunds are adjusted based on the promotional discount applied to the remaining items.

Taking Care of Goods

  • While inspecting and trying on items, you must take reasonable care of the goods. Returns must reach us in perfect condition.

Complaints

Amendments to Policy

  • Fishing Dock reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
